Metal machining specialists since 1993 – parts you can rely on
Our company is a dynamically growing business founded on 8 December 1993, with registered capital of CZK 1.7 million.
In the second half of the 1990s the company won several contracts for the automotive industry. This production ran on cam-operated automatic lathes in rented premises and was progressively modernised and replaced by CNC technology.
An important step for the company was the purchase of the production hall known as V1 in Kdyně, covering approximately 4000 m², completed in 2005.
Although the hall was in a derelict condition, production started in the newly refurbished premises after only three months. Further parts of the hall were gradually reconstructed, including offices and staff facilities. State-of-the-art technologies were used during the refurbishment. A new compressor room and a metrology room were built. In a very short time the company created a modern operation meeting every criterion for demanding production. An important step in improving production quality was obtaining the ISO 9001:2001 certificate, which the company achieved in July 2006.
The main sector we serve is the automotive and transport industry, accounting for approximately 60 % of production; other sectors are mainly construction, food, oil and medical industries. Stainless steel processing in all grades is the company core programme, and products can be finished by polishing.
Our main activity is CNC chip machining on CNC turning and milling centres. The company also successfully designs and processes castings with subsequent machining, which is why a grinding shop with assembly was built. Our experienced management is able to provide complete production preparation including the manufacturing technology of the products – all turnkey. The company arranges all necessary subcontracting including surface treatment.

CNC machining centres
We mill on Mazak, Fanuc and Hwacheon machines and turn on Mazak, Miyano, Okuma and DM. Series and small-batch production with repeatable precision.
Five technologies under one roof
CNC milling, turning, bending, precision cutting and part marking. Complete order processing with no outsourcing – a part passes through the whole chain here, from blank cutting through machining and bending to laser marking and final inspection, without ever leaving our plant in Kdyně. No transport between suppliers, no uncertainty about deadlines, and we answer for the quality of every single operation ourselves. You deal with a single partner – from the first consultation over the drawing to dispatch of the finished parts.
Milling up to 1600 × 500 mm
We machine on vertical centres in 3-axis and 4-axis configuration. Our working range covers parts up to 1600 mm long and 500 mm wide.
Wide range of materials
We process steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper and plastics. Stainless steel in all grades is our core programme and products can be finished by polishing.
