Series and small-batch production of precise parts

Since 1993 we have been building on our experience in engineering metalwork. As a modern, well-equipped company we focus primarily on CNC milling and turning. We provide precise machining of all common materials including stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and plastics.

We specialise in CNC chip machining, with CNC milling and turning as our main services. We complement our production portfolio with precise bending of materials, carried out both cold and hot using efficient induction heating.

CNC milling

We offer CNC milling in small and large series on top-class Mazak, Fanuc and Hwacheon machines. Machining is carried out on vertical centres in 3-axis and 4-axis configuration, and our working range covers parts up to 1600 mm in length and 500 mm in width.

CNC turning

CNC turning is our main activity. We specialise in precise rotational components and thanks to our modern machine park – Mazak, Miyano, Okuma and DM – we handle both small and large series efficiently. Our CNC lathes machine parts up to 300 mm in diameter and 800 mm in length.

Bending

As a complement to our main CNC machining capacity we offer bending technology, so you receive a completely finished product with no need for subcontracting. We bend on Trumpf hydraulic presses (TruBend V50), both cold and hot using efficient induction heating.

Precision cutting

Cutting and dividing material with tight tolerances and a clean cut. Preparation of blanks for the machining that follows. Blank preparation included.

Part marking

We use laser technology to mark parts. We mark both the parts we manufacture ourselves and components supplied by the customer.

Turnkey CNC machining

We provide complete production preparation including the manufacturing technology of the products – all turnkey. We also arrange all necessary subcontracting including surface treatment.

Series and small-batch production of precise parts in steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, copper and plastics. Stainless steel processing in all grades is our core programme – products can be finished by polishing.
